The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for employee relations, staffing, performance management, training and development, and administration of HR policies, procedures and processes in partnership with HR and Business leadership.
Internal clients supported are manufacturing and or operations - preference given to those with a background supporting line workers in these areas.
