  • Overview

    Seeking an individual to lead analysis, resolution, and reporting on key external metrics.  The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing environment and strong analytical and problem solving skills.  This individual will be a key resource for engineering, sales, and operations.  A successful candidate will have the ability to share detailed, yet simplified data analysis, through written reports for cross functional team reviews (including external customers) and presentations.


    • Conduct ongoing monitoring, analysis, and reporting of internal and external quality metrics
    • Lead the root cause analysis and the development of corrective actions. This person will interact with engineering, production, sales, and other departments
    • Lead the collection and scheduling prioritization of warranty part returns to be analyzed through the test labs
    • Work with the test labs to prioritize between product return and compliance testing
    • Lead/Support the development and deployment of standardized quality analysis tools
    • Drive continuous improvement by supporting new product development teams with lessons learned from current quality indicators, and validating product gate review requirements


    Educations, Experience, Certifications:

    • Minimum of 4 year technical degree in engineering, quality, or science
    • Proficient in spreadsheets, statistical software/data analysis
    • Proficient in structured problem solving techniques (8D, 5 Why, DMAIC, etc)
    • Impeccable communication, presentation, and organizational skills
    • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred (experience with Statical Process Control)
    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment on multiple projects
    • Highest ethical standards and practices
    • Experience working in a production environment (desired)
    • High energy level and ability to interface at all levels across the business



    • Travel Expectations ≤ 20%
