Responsible for directing and overseeing all facilities and project management operation activities of the organization, including implementation of policies and procedures and ensuring those policies and procedures are adhered to. Management of project operations, including selection of vendors, contractors and field personnel, safety, project set-up, day to day interaction with project teams and other departments, project controls (budgeting, tracking, reporting, et al), cost controls, forecasting, dispute management, stakeholder relations, etc. Management of facilities operations for administrative offices for all office services, vendors, contractors, repairs & maintenance, moves/adds/changes, etc.
