This position will be responsible for the daily supervision and workflow planning of plant maintenance projects and personnel. Qualified candidate must be a self starter with proven leadership and communication skills. Duties will include, but not be limited to: Supervision of Exide hourly and salary employees, and outside contractors in the completion of environmental, facility, and process improvement projects. Successful candidates will possess the ability to work with individuals from varied backgrounds, skills, and education levels to complete projects in an efficient and organized manner.
