The Process Development Engineer is responsible for defining and developing engineering solutions to meet business requirements. As part of the Corporate Process Engineering group based in Milton, GA, you will conduct alternative analysis evaluation to determine risks and return on potential capital projects to meet capacity, new product, cost reduction, and improved quality targets for Exide’s North American battery business. Keys to success in this role include strong engineering & technical skills, self-motivation, creativity, understanding of business fundamentals, ability to work across functions along with excellent communication skills.
