The Assembly team members are responsible for the operation and up keep of the assembly line machines.

Plate Wrapper: Responsible for loading the separator rolls, ensuring paper is lined up properly, loading the plates either negative or positive; checks the machine to make sure it is running properly, plates are fitting correctly, lugs are clean and plate count is correct; groups are feeding correctly on the line and onto the paddle conveyors for moving to the next station; must ensure process is running correctly.
Cell Burner:; Responsible ensuring continual operation at this station; load and punch containers on automatic feed line; clean molds; clean tin bath; pour straps; and make parameter adjustments as needed on the COS panel to ensure batteries coming out of the machine meet all battery specifications;
Heat Seal Operator: Responsible for covering line ensuring continual operation through every station; shorts tester, date code, welder, heat seal, post bonder, and leak detectors. Monitor and record all aspects of quality when running product. Keep area clean and monitor finished product
Going into acid fillers.

Able to work extended shifts and weekends as needed.
Able to work inside or outside the plant environment and in all climate conditions. The employee may occasionally be exposed to lead, fume, noise, dirt, hazards, chemicals, heat and cold. Travel as required for training, meeting with regulatory agencies, and to other company sanctioned events.
