This position is responsible for consolidating, analyzing and reporting division and business segments financial results, budgets, forecasts and strategic planning.  The incumbent will help ensure the annual business plan and periodic forecast processes meet division business objectives; providing timely, accurate and consistent financial reporting. 


  • Consolidate business segment financials, analyze and report America’s actual financial results, budgets, forecasts and strategic plans to Corporate Accounting.
  • Coordinate the annual financial planning process including establishing actions to meet company’s short and long-term financial objectives.
  • Work cross-functionally with other business units to understand risks and opportunities in order to maintain accurate forecasts.
  • Coordinate the management reporting process and establishing key financial and operational metrics to effectively manage the business.
  • Develop uniform systems and procedures along with appropriate monitoring mechanisms to ensure proper internal controls are met.
  • Provide support for the annual budget and quarterly forecasting process including working capital, workforce and SG&A planning for North America.
  • Prepare monthly financial reporting package, as well as other dashboards, charts and presentations reflecting financial and non-financial results



  • At least 5-7 years of experience in Accounting and/or Finance preferably with international and multiple location experience.
  • Strong organization, time-management, leadership and communication skills.
  • Demonstrates high ethical behavior with unquestionable integrity and character.
  • Strong analytical skills, decisive and bottom line oriented.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access
  • ERP Systems, JDEdwards and DB2 experience a plus.
  • Hyperion Essbase, Planning, Reports and Analysis experience a plus.
  • Hyperion System 9 implementation experience preferred.
  • Hands on experience with data mining and large scale data modeling
  • Hands on experience in enterprise ETL process




  • Ideal credentials should include an undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance.
