The Sales Planning Manager (SPM) provides Cross Functional Project and Processes support, while also having a Brand and/or Category Product orientation and a central operations orientation. The position has direct involvement in and responsibility for all Transportation Product Launches, Allocation activity as well as development of Sales Tools, Programs, Campaigns, Sales Communications, and coordination with Marketing for assigned products. The position also involves limited analytical support for Directors of Sales and Account Teams in a designated Sales Channel in order to assist in achieving channel business KPIs.
Experience leading change, acting with boldness and laser focused on delivering a World Class Customer Experience are must haves. This role will require maximum flexibility and focus on implementing significant change from systems to processes while working collaboratively with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Quality and IT to ensure a seamless customer experience.
